We are happy to make adjustments to assist you when applying, attending an interview, or working at GESB.The roleThe Chief Member Experience Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).The Member Experience division is responsible for:Implementing strategic objectives in relation to the member and employer experience.Delivering a positive experience when members and employers engage with GESB.Providing value for money superannuation and retirement products that meet member needs.Maintaining a strong relationship with industry and government stakeholders.This division will include the following business functions:Member Insights and AnalyticsKey Account ManagementBrand and CommunicationsMember ExperienceDigitalFund Administration and Group InsuranceWho we are looking forOur values are at the centre of everything we do, so if you're successful in this role, you'll put our members first.
