As a result, we are looking for a Chief Member Experience Officer to join our Executive Leadership team.
The role The Chief Member Experience Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
The Member Experience division is responsible for : Implementing strategic objectives in relation to the member and employer experience. Delivering a positive experience when members and employers engage with GESB. Providing value for money superannuation and retirement products that meet member needs. Maintaining a strong relationship with industry and government stakeholders. This division will include the following business functions :

Senior level experience in the management of service delivery performance in the financial services / superannuation industry. Senior leadership experience managing diverse teams in delivering a successful member experience function. Experience managing relationships for significant outsourced service and product providers. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
