The Perks Paid parental leaveBirthday and volunteer leaveOngoing career development and training programsSalary packaging benefitsPet-friendly and vibrant office atmosphereBarista-style coffee and engaging social eventsRecognition through service awardsAs Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for: Manage and lead all agencies, contractors and an inhouse team - across performance media, content, design, SEO, events & customer marketing.Delivering a "revenue results" approach as a team, whilst consistently looking at ways to maximize ROI from all marketing channels.Ideation and execution of creative ways to take our brand to market - positioning us as the best at what we do with SMEs and large enterprises.Brand and revenue expansion locally and globally - continuing our national expansion, growing our lead generation engine globally and growing brand recognition.

3x established markets, and more ready for launch.Manage and build out a team that work alongside you to execute the marketing goals.Managing the go-to-market-launch of new services across the brands.Owning & ensuring optimal performance of all our online assets - as well as for upcoming new brands launched.Data driven approach to marketing - ensuring ROI is tracked across all activity, consistently reported on, and fed back to the board for further analysis.Spearheading our Awards & Industry recognition strategy, by working closely with internal stakeholders to craft quality submissions that wins us key awards.Working hand in hand with the Head of Sales to ensure sales & marketing are 100% aligned, creating a continual constructive feedback loop to maximize returns from marketing.Collaborating tightly with the Chief Customer Officer to support with brand evangelism - case studies, testimonials, client referrals, targeted client marketing campaigns, client events & more.Minimum Requirements: 5+ years' experience in Marketing as Chief Marketing Officer or Head of Marketing.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Events, Content, Email marketing, PR, Social Media marketing.
Focusing on marketing that delivers revenue results.Google, HubSpot, SEO certifications would be highly desirable.Have a proven track record coming up with creative campaign ideas and seeing complex projects through to the end.Data-driven mindset, with a focus on measurement and evaluating success.Strong design sensibility and understanding of effective brand presentation.Have the ability to be hands-on, and comfortable in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution.Excited about working in an always changing and evolving industry.Have a positive and can-do attitude with high energy and ambition, with the capability to swiftly navigate obstacles.Solutions and outcomes focused.Experience with cold outreach and established connections with partners in the niche, including familiarity with ad measurement platforms.Our Commitment to You We believe that happy employees create a thriving culture.
