Developing a sustainable marketing mix that includes SEO/Content, community/social, PLG funnels, paid, and lifecycle/retention campaigns, to scale candidate acquisition & engagement within an efficient blended CAC without overly relying on paid.
Ownership of the marketing function, leading a high performing team to have substantial impact on our growth trajectory. Current team size is six, which can grow alongside revenue.
Monitoring and driving key growth metrics, leveraging data and to adapt strategies. Enhancing marketing reporting and insights to deliver insights and tactical responsiveness.
Partnering with our VP Sales to lead B2B marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads to feed our sales team and self-serve jobs growth.
