As a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with Intrepid, you'll be key to making this happen.
Bringing a strategic mindset and commercial expertise, you will create positive change through the joy of travel.
Your primary responsibilities will be creating and driving commercial strategies across brand, product, marketing and PR, as well as driving our customer experience and sales on a global scale.

Together with your broad remit, you will bring Intrepid's 2030 strategy to life and make an impact by fostering innovation and collaboration with a hands-on approach.
With our ambitious goals ahead, your leadership experience will ensure customer and commercial success across our global operations, helping us become the best travel company in the world - and for the world.

This permanent full-time position can be based in Melbourne or London, with hybrid working and regular global travel.


Some of the experience you'll bring with you may include:
10+ years of proven global experience in a senior customer-focused role, with a track record of driving successful brand, product, sales, marketing, and CX strategies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams on a global scale, with proven success in inspiring, managing, and driving performance across these diverse areas.
Data-driven approach with a knack for leveraging insights to drive strategic decisions, improve product offerings, and enhance trade and profitability.
A strong strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to its implementation, paired with an innovative, fresh-thinking approach to all remits.
Understanding the balance between profit and purpose and the ability to engage and inspire internal and external stakeholders.

You'll have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence a broad range of audiences and people all while thriving in a fast-paced, global role.
