About The Business: Join Australia's leading and fastest-growing health and sports supplement business. Boasting a strong e-commerce platform and an extensive network of retail stores nationwide, they support hundreds of thousands of individuals in reaching their health and fitness aspirations.About The Role: As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will lead, inspire, and empower a talented marketing team of ten, alongside broader teams, to achieve exceptional growth across our e-commerce and retail channels. With your expertise as a digital native, you will prioritise the digital arm of the business, providing strategic guidance to both internal teams and external agencies. Your extensive experience and strong background in digital marketing will be crucial in driving our client's success. Responsibilities: Lead the digital and retail marketing team, collaborating with the Head of Ecommerce to develop and implement best-practice digital and omni-channel campaigns. Manage the external agency for SEO and digital marketing, overseeing national marketing campaigns across digital channels and a store network exceeding 100 locations. Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and communications, working closely with the Retail Marketing Manager and franchisees to grow and develop their stores. Create an omni-channel experience that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, coordinating with procurement, NPD, and warehouse teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Translate strategic goals into operational plans, managing marketing budgets and building monthly reporting dashboards. Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). About You: You are highly savvy in digital marketing, well-versed in the latest trends, and have experience leading e-commerce brands. You are a strong leader with a proven track record in team leadership, complemented by excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to influence. You have demonstrated expertise in SEO, Meta ads, content marketing, and email marketing. You are results-driven, analytical, and possess a strong attention to detail. You are proficient in key systems and platforms, including Facebook (FB) and Ads, Instagram (IG), influencer marketing, email marketing (EDMs) with Klaviyo, direct-to-consumer strategies, in-store initiatives, SEO optimization, Tik Tok Ads, and app development with seamless offline and online integration. Experience or a strong interest in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
