Chief Marketing Officer (Cmo)

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead a dynamic marketing team and shape digital strategy for success. The CMO will be responsible for inspiring and empowering a talented marketing team, with a focus on achieving exceptional growth across e-commerce and retail channels. This role requires a digital native with a strong background in digital marketing to provide strategic guidance and ensure the digital arm of the business is a priority.
The successful candidate will lead the digital and retail marketing team, collaborate on omni-channel campaigns, manage external agencies, and create an omni-channel experience that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
The ideal CMO for The Company will be highly savvy in digital marketing, well-versed in the latest trends, and have experience leading e-commerce brands. They must be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record in team leadership. Expertise in SEO, meta ads, content marketing, and email marketing is essential, as is a results-driven and analytical approach with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in key systems and platforms, including various social media and marketing tools, is required. Experience or a strong interest in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
