Develop and implement the company's technology roadmap and IT strategy. Ensure the effective and secure use of information technology resources. Lead the evaluation and implementation of new systems, software, and infrastructure. Manage and mentor the technology team to align IT initiatives with business goals. Identify and address technology-related risks and opportunities. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and deliver technology solutions that meet their needs. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a CIO or similar leadership role. Expertise in developing and executing technology strategies to drive organizational growth. Strong knowledge of current technology trends and their relevance to business objectives. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience managing and mentoring technology teams. Track record of successful implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
