General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Full time Opportunity to make a significant impact.Location flexible nationally.We are seeking a Chief Impact & Growth Officer for a national, reputable non-government, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering positive outcomes for children, families, and communities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled executive to lead in an organisation that is experiencing rapid growth and expansion across diverse operations.
The Role: The CIGO is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring effective translation of innovation into practice, and cultivating growth and impact business opportunities. It is also responsible for ensuring that the organisation effectively measures and maximises its social impact. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of creativity and adaptability, designing and embedding accountability systems to children and young people, and aligning innovative practices with the organisation's vision to improve the lives of children, families, and communities.
The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an energetic, strategic and commercially astute leader with a proven track record in a similar-sized organisation and role. Key attributes and experience include:
Post graduate degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the non-profit sector with a focus on child welfare or related community services.Demonstrated understanding of human centred design and Lived Experience.Business development and marketing skills.Proven track record of driving innovation and managing change within organisations.Strong analytical skills with experience in impact measurement and data-driven decision-making aligned to strategic plan.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.How to Apply: If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply via Seek with your cover letter and CV.
