We invite you to apply for the role of Chief Healthcare Officer (CHO) and lead innovative healthcare initiatives.
As the Chief Healthcare Officer, you will drive growth in healthcare education, sales, and marketing, while ensuring our clinical education offerings are industry-leading. Working closely with the General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead strategic healthcare initiatives and lead the design and delivery of training programs for our teams and partners. As the role evolves, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated healthcare education team.
Key Responsibilities:
Align healthcare initiatives with broader business goals in collaboration with senior management. As the role grows, build and lead a high-performing healthcare education team to support scalable growth. Design and deliver engaging product training programs, including presenting at expos, roadshows, and webinars. Stay current with healthcare standards and practices to keep our solutions competitive and compliant. Partner with the Sales & Marketing Manager to create educational content and campaigns for clients and customers. Represent the company at industry events, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Educate stakeholders on the correct use and benefits of products. Ensure all organisational healthcare practices meet current standards. Support and mentor internal teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning. To be successful you will have:
Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse qualification with full unrestricted AHPRA registration. Proven background in education, training, or clinical leadership. Up-to-date understanding of healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices. Ability to engage diverse audiences, from clinical teams to external partners. Experience in creating and conducting presentations. Skilled in working with cross-functional teams. What's on offer:
