We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations of our organisation. As a vital member of our executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving our company's financial strategy and ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial risks, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals, in alignment with overall business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Direct the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and monitor budget performance throughout the year. Conduct financial analysis and modelling to assess the financial impact of business decisions, identify opportunities for cost optimisation, and drive profitability. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Monitor industry trends and economic indicators to anticipate potential risks and opportunities, and recommend strategic adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Collaborate with other members of the executive team to drive cross-functional initiatives and contribute to overall business strategy and growth. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Monitor financial performance and provide regular financial reports to the executive team. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders. Lead financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions. Manage the accounting and tax functions of the organisation. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. CPA or CFA certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong financial analysis and modelling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
