They are continuing to expand their footprint nationally, hence require a growth focused CFO to join them on the journey.This is a key role supporting the CEO in growth ambitions, as well building the internal finance infrastructure (people, process & systems) to ensure data integrity and provide insight to support decision making The mandate is 'execution at pace to capitalize on opportunities'.You should be a CFO with experience in managing banks, debt management reporting, treasury and cash-flow. This is a strong business and a firm hand is needed in supporting the growth and balancing the associated risk management. You should have experience in industrial services, project costing, high-capex environments as well as volume and scale. You are hands-on and have an appetite to understand the business. M&A and integration experience will be advantageous. Culturally, you are as comfortable wearing a hard-hat supporting operations as you are presenting to a bank. This is visible CFO role, working in a blue-collar business and also supporting the CEO on the execution of a clear growth strategy.There is an immediate requirement for an Interim to step in and support the CEO over the coming months, as well as the permanent role which would need to start in the New Year.
