Chief Financial Officer - Residential Aged Care Facility

Lead Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations and strategy of our Residential Aged Care Facility in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the organisation's financial operations, managing financial risks, overseeing planning and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering operational efficiency and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the finance team and collaborate closely with other senior executives to accomplish the organisation's financial objectives.Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Oversee planning and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.What We Offer:A competitive salary package of up to $190k plus a range of employee benefits and bonus.NFP salary packaging.Relocation assistance if required.A Monday to Friday role with no weekends required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA).Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
