The Opportunity
Thanks to their growth, an outstanding new opportunity has been created for a Chief Financial Officer.
Reporting to the CEO and the Board of Directors, and leading a finance team of 4, the purpose of this role is to lead the finance function of the business to the next phases of growth.
This will include business partnering, strategic planning, M&A support, cash flow forecasting, financial and management reporting, and governance.
This role is based out of their head office in Leeton NSW.
Day to day: Strategic financial leadership and advice on options to support their growth objectives Provide guidance and insights into potential M&A opportunities Lead, manage and mentor the finance team Compilation and management of annual budgets, P&L's, balance sheets, cashflow and critical numbers Implement improved financial systems and processes to support scalability End to end leadership and management of the financial function of the business About You
We are seeking a dynamic CFO, who has the drive to play a major role in the growth and success of the organisation.
Ideally, someone with experience in the import/export and distribution sectors.
Demonstrable executive and Board level stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, drive and motivate Executive Leaders with excellent communication/interpersonal skills Experience managing M&A and implementation of improved financial governance Exceptional financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ideally, experience using NetSuite Relevant tertiary education and CA or CPA qualified The Benefits
