You will be responsible for leading all financial functions of the organisation, providing essential financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring our financial health, while driving long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to shape and execute financial strategies that drive sustainable growth.Financial Oversight: Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure the organisation's financial health and stability.Operational Excellence: Oversee payroll, office administration, and reception, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.Business Transformation: Leverage your expertise to drive business transformation and value creation, enhancing our competitive edge in the manufacturing sector.Insightful Guidance: Provide critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.Ideal Candidate:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
