We are searching for a visionary Group Chief Financial Officer who can value and foster long-term financial health.Position Summary:The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Anmar Group is a senior executive role responsible for driving the company's financial strategy, planning, and management to support rapid business growth, scalability, and sustainable profitability. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, including strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that Anmar Group remains positioned as an industry leader. As a critical member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will collaborate with the MD/ CEO, COO, and department heads to align the financial vision with the company's overarching business goals, helping to maximise shareholder value and foster long-term financial health.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial LeadershipDevelop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with Anmar Group's growth objectives, ensuring sustainable and scalable financial practices.Partner with the MD/CEO, The COO, and executive leadership to set strategic direction, identifying financial opportunities and mitigating risks.Drive continuous financial forecasting and analysis to support decision-making, focusing on achieving consistent profitability and market expansion.Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment across all business units and operational functions.Implement data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, key financial metrics, and performance dashboards.Oversee capital structure planning, ensuring an optimal balance of debt and equity to support strategic initiatives and expansion efforts.Oversee our Costings Department to ensure regular audits of our price files, maintaining alignment with actual labor costs and adapting to any supplier price adjustments.Operational Efficiency & Cost ManagementIdentify and execute cost-control strategies to improve operational efficiencies across the group, including vendor negotiations, supply chain management, and internal cost reduction.Collaborate with department leaders to streamline financial operations and achieve key metrics of 95% DIFOT.Develop and maintain robust internal controls, governance, and financial policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Monitor and manage financial risks, including market volatility, currency exposure, and operational risks, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.Collaborate closely with HR to design remuneration plans that align with our career progression framework.Oversee audit processes, both internal and external, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Evaluate, structure, and oversee major capital investments, mergers, acquisitions, and other high-impact financial projects.Implement investment strategies that optimise returns while supporting the company's growth, innovation, and sustainability goals.Lead valuation analysis and due diligence for potential business acquisitions.Financial Reporting & Stakeholder CommunicationEnsure accurate and timely preparation and delivery of all financial statements, forecasts, and reports for executive review and board meetings.Serve as a primary liaison to the board of directors, shareholders, and external stakeholders.Communicate financial insights and implications of business decisions to internal stakeholders.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.Implement leadership development initiatives within the finance team.Promote cross-departmental collaboration to ensure financial alignment with operational activities and strategic goals.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth, multi-location or manufacturing-based organisation.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry dynamics, cost management, and capital-intensive environments.Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Strategic Mindset: Proactive and visionary, with a strategic approach to problem-solving.Technology & Systems Proficiency: Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial modeling software, and data analytics.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Financial Performance: Achieve and sustain targeted profitability and growth rates.Operational Efficiency: Implement cost-reduction measures resulting in a specified reduction in operating costs.Capital Management: Ensure efficient allocation of capital to high-return investments.Compliance & Risk: Maintain a high standard of financial compliance and reporting accuracy.Team Development: Demonstrated progress in building finance team capabilities.Please submit your application via Seek, including your resume and a cover letter.
