Job DescriptionBased in Sydney, the purpose of this role is to provide financial leadership, stewarding the financial resources of Baptist World Aid, including the leadership of the International Programming finance.
The role will ensure sound financial reporting, compliant management, business partnering and monitoring occur.
A strong and trusted business partner to the Senior Leadership Team and CEO, the role leads a high-performing finance team, aligned with the organisation's vision, strategy and plans.
Desired Skills and ExperienceApplicants will have:
Post graduate qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldSenior management experience in a similar roleTeam contributor - in a small hands on Executive teamDemonstrated strong financial, business partnering and project management skillsExcellent management skills, including ability to coach managers and develop staffStrong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated capacity to present financial reports to BoardProficiency in financial management software (e.g.
Netsuite, Xero, Quickbooks etc.)
