Your 'hands on' approach will see you collaborate effectively and provide financial leadership, consolidating Twilight's Financial operations, ensuring Twilight Aged Care thrives into the future. As CFO, you will collaborate with the CEO, Board, and operational teams to orchestrate decisions that not only preserve but enhance the lives of Twilight's residents and staff. As Twilight Aged Care's new CFO, your integrity and strong relationship building skills will be at the core of your success... In addition to extensive financial management experience, ideally within the aged care and/or not-for-profit sectors, you will have a proven track record of leadership at the executive level. You are committed, reliable, respectful and ethical and an expert in collaboration. You also have: A strong, broad spectrum of financial modelling, budgeting, and strategic planning skills Proficiency with systems Strategic thinking and planning skills. Tertiary qualifications in Business or Accounting Membership of an Australian professional accounting body (CPA, CA) Reporting to the CEO, the role involves: Ensuring compliance with AN-ACC, and regulatory and reporting standards and requirements. Providing strategic direction for budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Managing and mentoring a finance team, providing support to the key operational team members, building a positive and collaborative culture. Preparing and presenting financial reports to the Board and executive leadership team. Overseeing the financial aspects of capital development projects and strategic plans.
