The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator with high emotional intelligence, and ready to push boundaries to drive the company's success.

This role is suited for those eager to break free from corporate limitations and make a significant impact in a high-growth environment.As CFO, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership team, delivering strategic financial and legal guidance.
You will oversee all financial, compliance, legal, and IT functions, ensuring operational excellence and helping shape a high-performing, results-driven culture.
We are seeking a dynamic, driven individual to reinforce our management team and create a company culture that strengthens operational performance while safeguarding our reputation.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with industry trends and company objectives.Direct the financial planning process encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.Supervise all financial operations including accounting, treasury, tax adherence, and regulatory compliance.Ensure precision, transparency, and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards.Foster relationships with investors, financial entities, and stakeholders, effectively communicating financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.Identify potential risks and opportunities, deploying proactive strategies to mitigate financial risks.Evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships, leading due diligence efforts and financial assessments.Lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and cultivating a culture of excellence.Criteria:Over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance at the level of FC or CFO.Proven track record of successfully steering financial strategy, fundraising, and overseeing investor relations.Extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.Outstanding abilities in analysis, strategic thinking, and resolving complex problems.Exceptional communication, interpersonal finesse, and strong leadership skills.Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.Note:Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply to the role directly with your resume (Word format) and cover letter.
