Chief Financial Officer

Partner with the CEO Broad Mandate Attractive Package South Eastern Melbourne This organisation operates within the industrial sector and provides essential services and bespoke solutions to a broad customer base.
Reporting to the CEO, and part of a small leadership team, you will play a key role in helping the business execute strategic initiatives.
The role is broad with a focus on:
Leadership - drive and develop a high performing finance team and culture.Improve internal processes and controls.Work with Divisional Heads to ensure the best financial decisions are made.Partner with the CEO to help drive the business.Immerse yourself in the business and ensure risks are mitigated.Managing shareholders.You will be qualified (CA/CPA) and have gained broad career experience at both a Group and Divisional level.
You will enjoy a challenge, be hands on and know when to pull yourself out of the weeds.
The breadth of this role will demand strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
