Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations of our organisation. As a vital member of our executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals, in alignment with overall business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Direct the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and monitor budget performance throughout the year. Conduct financial analysis and modelling to assess the financial impact of business decisions, identify opportunities for cost optimisation, and drive profitability. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Monitor industry trends and economic indicators to anticipate potential risks and opportunities, and recommend strategic adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Collaborate with other members of the executive team to drive cross-functional initiatives and contribute to overall business strategy and growth.
