Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a robust financial strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall goals and drives long-term sustainability.Lead and inspire a high-performing Finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide strategic advice and actionable insights to the Executive Leadership Team, supporting critical decision-making with clear and concise financial analysis.Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate budgets, forecasts, and performance reports, ensuring they meet organisational and legislative standards.Drive innovation in financial systems and reporting processes, introducing new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and transparency.Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard the organisation's operations and resources.Represent the organisation in engagements with key stakeholders, partners, and industry networks, leveraging insights to inform strategic financial decisions.Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.Develop policies and procedures to streamline financial operations and enhance decision-making capabilities across the organisation.Deliver insights through trend analysis, performance dashboards, and proactive identification of financial anomalies, enabling timely interventions and strategic planning.What You Bring: Strategic Leadership: A track record of inspiring and empowering teams to achieve excellence.Financial Expertise: Demonstrated success in financial planning, asset management, and performance reporting.Collaborative Approach: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and foster partnerships.Innovative Mindset: A commitment to leveraging technology and data-driven insights to drive positive change.Ethics & Integrity: A deep commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical decision-making.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent (Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).CA or CPA qualified.Extensive experience in financial strategy and leadership roles.Familiarity with financial governance frameworks, risk management, and financial reporting standards.Why Join This Organisation?
