Lead Group Healthcare is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for an outstanding Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Northern Rivers region of NSW .
Situated in an easily commutable location on the North Coast of NSW, this highly supportive environment includes experienced Senior Accountants and Accountants with whom you will be working closely.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), your primary responsibility will be to guide the organisation's financial operations and strategy. This entails managing financial risks, overseeing planning and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering operational efficiency and innovation.
You will lead the finance team and collaborate closely with other senior executives to accomplish the organisation's financial objectives.
