Chief Financial Officer

This is an exciting time to be joining the business in its journey of rolling up and integrating new opportunities which may lead to an economic event such as listing or trade sale. The head office is located on bushland property on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a critical role in leading the financial strategy to support the expansion of operations, as well as ensuring the company's financial stability. This is a hands-on role which will be an advisor and partner to the Managing Director in deciphering and interpreting data and providing financial analysis in producing investor presentations. The position will also be involved in the implementation of NetSuite System, maintaining compliance & regulatory requirements, producing tax and statutory reporting, and managing a small accounting team.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading SMEs to scale and enjoy the dynamics of a privately held company where trust and rolling your sleeves up are held in high regard by the owners as important aspects of cultural alignment. Experience in multisite operations, which could include care and health facilities or hotels, will be highly regarded. The location requires the successful applicant to have their own car and the location would suit individuals living on the North Shore or Northern Beaches of Sydney.
