The Role
As the CFO, you will report to the Managing Director and quickly become an important part of the Executive Team. Your duties will include (but not be limited to):
Overall leadership of the finance function ensuring the financial health and sustainability of TTW
Manage, coach, and mentor your team of 12 staff (including finance and commercial & legal hubs) to ensure high-quality and timely output
Work with senior leadership on the development & implementation of strategic plans whilst identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Drive group results and partner with business leaders to enhance performance
Lead annual budgeting, year-end, and audit processes
Oversee and manage the financial, business, and risk reporting for the group
Continuous focus on developing strategically aligned corporate reporting to meet the needs of the Board and Executive Directors
Work closely with the Legal and Contracts Manager to establish pricing for services, determine ROI, and provide value-add information to Executive Directors
Investment appraisal and analysis
Your Background
To be considered for this Chief Financial Officer role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
Be professionally qualified (e.g. CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
Significant experience working in a professional services environment
Demonstrable leadership abilities across accounting and risk functions
Track record of driving and delivering strategic goals
Track record of driving systems implementation and improvement projects
Experience in leading a business through a period of significant growth
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills coupled with an executive presence to liaise and present with confidence to a variety of stakeholders
