Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
is a statewide role providing high-level financial and strategic leadership to Homes Tasmania.
Based in Hobart, the CFO will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Board, and Executive team to deliver our financial and budget strategy including ensuring high-value contracts for housing and homelessness assistance programs are delivered efficiently and effectively and in line with program priorities.As an integral part of the Executive team, the CFO will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation's continued growth and development journey and cultivating a high-performance culture.
The provision of strategic advice on financial and investment issues, capital structuring, and providing input into the development of new products or methods of delivering housing, and commercial negotiations are key responsibilities of the role.The successful applicant will be a dynamic and engaging leader with highly developed practical financial management and accounting skills with strategic commercial acumen and relevant tertiary qualifications.
