The CFO reports to the CEO and is part of the senior leadership team. You will learn and grow through regular interaction with our diverse and highly credentialed Board of Directors.
Your Role Financial stewardship - deliver all aspects of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, statutory compliance and cash flow. Capital Management – take a lead role in ensuring our growth, technology and network is optimally-funded keeping a strategic eye to the future with key shareholders. Technology – savvy with technology and ability to create competitive advantage by investing, protecting and valuing these assets. Governance – engage the Board on operational results, strategy implementation, growth opportunities, funding and shareholder interests. Strategic Thinking and Execution – drive strategic execution and identify future growth and business optimisation opportunities. Decision making – use financial analysis and modelling to drive insights and quality decision-making. Leadership – provide constructive leadership for the finance team and across the senior leadership team. Essential Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). Capital management including debt and equity management. Leadership of the finance function in a high growth, innovative business. Commercially savvy dealing with customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies.
