Role Overview As Chief Financial Officer you will assume a critical leadership role in our organisation. Building on the experiences developed throughout your executive career you will be an:
active member of the Executive team organisational leader managing key functions including finance, asset management and systems an individual contributor, providing specialised analysis, perspectives, and technical expertise mentor to our leadership team in all aspects of financial management Your specific responsibilities will include:
managing all aspects of our financial affairs including, budgeting, forecasting and year end reporting providing quality financial guidance and support to the Board, CEO, Executive and Leadership Team delivering reporting metrics and variance analysis preparing monthly performance reports and financial analysis with commentary on main drivers developing strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to improve quality of outcomes develop and refine financial models for revenue estimates and related costs manage our portfolio of properties and fleet of vehicles manage our systems to ensure their effective use throughout the organisation About you You are a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with demonstrable Executive finance experience You have a knack for communicating the story told by the numbers to non-finance executives Your analytical mind and eye for detail have been key drivers of success in your career to date You are passionate about improving services for people living with disability and growing organisations in a sustainable manner Your personal values closely align with ours: Respect, Integrity, Wellbeing, Innovation and Diversity Why work for CHSS?
