Chief Financial Officer

This dynamic Private Equity backed property business is currently in an exciting growth stage. Due to an internal development, there is a requirement for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on an interim basis with a potential for the role to be made permanent at the end of the 6-month term.
Reporting to the CEO and part of the SLT, you will manage a small team and be responsible for all accounting and finance functions. The role is hands-on and requires someone who is happy to be in the detail but also capable of looking at big picture issues.
Key Responsibilities: Risk management
Compliance
Complex tax structures
Management and statutory reporting
FP&A and commercial activities
Team management
You will need to roll up your sleeves and get into the detail, whilst having the ability to take a helicopter view and provide strategic insights.
You will be qualified (CA/CPA) and have had exposure to property or funds management. A background in PE is ideal but not required. The ideal candidate must be an expert in financial control and reporting and ideally has a background in commercial and strategic finance.
