As a registered NDIS provider, they provide specialised accommodation services and in-home/community based support, which empowers aged persons and people living with disabilities to increase their independence, confidence and success.Role DescriptionDue to recent and forecast business growth, our client is now seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join their executive leadership team in a newly created role. Working at the heart of business operations, you will deliver finance related strategic guidance to the CEO and Board, whilst leading the finance function to drive both team and organisational success. Key accountabilities will include:Leading financial strategy and processes to achieve business objectivesEffective management of budgets, forecasting, cash flow and company assetsEnsuring compliance with all financial, legal, governance and legislative requirementsIdentifying, controlling and mitigating key financial risksOverseeing finance operations including Payroll, AP, AR, Taxation and ReportingFacilities and asset management incorporating property, leases and vehicle/fleetLeading, motivating and developing a high performing finance teamManaging relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersRole RequirementsIn order to succeed in this role, you will be an experienced finance leader, with a proven track record of performance within a growing organisation.
