As a registered NDIS provider, they provide specialised accommodation services and in-home/community based support, which empowers aged persons and people living with disabilities to increase their independence, confidence and success.Role DescriptionDue to recent and forecast business growth, our client is now seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join their executive leadership team in a newly created role. Working at the heart of business operations, you will deliver finance related strategic guidance to the CEO and Board, whilst leading the finance function to drive both team and organisational success. Key accountabilities will include:Leading financial strategy and processes to achieve business objectivesEffective management of budgets, forecasting, cash flow and company assetsEnsuring compliance with all financial, legal, governance and legislative requirementsIdentifying, controlling and mitigating key financial risksOverseeing finance operations including Payroll, AP, AR, Taxation and ReportingFacilities and asset management incorporating property, leases and vehicle/fleetLeading, motivating and developing a high performing finance teamManaging relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersRole RequirementsIn order to succeed in this role, you will be an experienced finance leader, with a proven track record of performance within a growing organisation. Key skills, experience and attributes required include:Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance etc.)CPA or CA qualification6+ years' experience in finance management, with proven strategic and financial leadership capabilityProven knowledge of accounting standards and practices, tax and payroll legislation, and financial management systemsDemonstrated experience in leading and managing a successful finance teamStrong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skillsHigh level written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with the Board, CEO, management, staff, external bodies and other stakeholdersIn return, our client is offering a competitive salary, along with NFP salary packaging and a range of fantastic employee benefits.If you're looking for an impactful role with purpose, don't miss this great opportunity to join a passionate team in a position you can really carve out as your own.For a confidential discussion, please contact Julie Apoyan on 1300 750 820 , or click the link to apply now.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a chief financial officer?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.What can I earn as a Chief Financial Officer#J-18808-Ljbffr
