About the RoleAs Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will report to the newly appointed CEO and oversee WorkCover's financial transformation. The role will require you to lead the entire finance function including Financial Control, Premium and Investments, Pricing, Data Analytics, Strategic Procurement, Payroll, and Facilities. Managing an operating budget of $228 million and $6 billion funds under management, you will provide strategic financial oversight and drive commercial outcomes across the organisation. This position will be key in achieving WorkCover's long term strategy, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture focused on efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer centric solutions.About YouAs the ideal candidate for WorkCover Queensland's CFO role, you will be a dynamic and seasoned financial leader, bringing a wealth of expertise in transformation. Your background will include strong strategic oversight, financial acumen, and a commitment to driving positive outcomes.
