Chief Financial Officer/Finance Manager - Aged CareLocation: QLD/NSWCompany: Growing Aged Care providerWe are seeking a leader for our Finance team to join our organisation at this exciting time.The Role:Reporting to the executive and leading the finance team, this role is responsible for strategic financial planning and management. The role will provide strategic oversight and review, ensuring business planning, financial and management reporting and analysis, and cash flow are in place to meet the growing needs of the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership in the evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectivesReport on financial complianceAdvise on the financial implications of business activities and investmentsManage critical relationships with key financial stakeholdersManage cashflow, forecasting impacts of current and future property developmentsLead the risk and compliance management frameworksDeliver a broad customer-focused business service remit through the organisationExperience Required:Degree qualified and CPA/CA qualifiedExperience in a similar senior business finance roleExcellent written communication and presentation skillsAbility to express complex financial concepts to non-financial professionalsConfidence in leading changeDemonstrated commercial acumenWell-developed skills in business partnering, effective collaboration and ability to influenceAged Care experience/understanding of legislationStrong time management skills and outcome drivenIf you have any questions regarding the opportunity, please feel free to contact Starr for a confidential discussion at 0451 905 900 or ******.
