The RoleThe core responsibilities of this role will be to maximise the company's growth, profitability, and long-term value. This role is broader in scope than a 'traditional' CFO role and will be a key strategic partner for the Managing Director / Owner.Key responsibilities will include:Build, lead & develop team.Strategic planning process.Business systems and processes. Finance, accounts, cashflow, reporting.People, performance, recruitment.IT infrastructure, systems, support.Property, facilities, capital projects.This is a significant role and will require serious ambition, energy and commitment. This role reports directly to the Managing Director / Owner and can be located either onsite (Perth Head Office or Brisbane Office, including relocate or visa if required) or remote (with 1-2wks/mth onsite with team).
