The Role The core responsibilities of this role will be to maximise the company's growth, profitability, and long-term value. This role is broader in scope than a 'traditional' CFO role and will be a key strategic partner for the Managing Director / Owner. Key responsibilities will include: Build, lead & develop team. Strategic planning process. Finance, accounts, cashflow, reporting. People, performance, recruitment. IT infrastructure, systems, support. Property, facilities, capital projects. Acquisitions (incl integration). This is a significant role and will require serious ambition, energy and commitment. A highly competitive package is on offer for the right candidate. This role reports directly to the Managing Director / Owner and can be located either onsite (Perth Head Office or Brisbane Office, including relocate or visa if required) or remote (with 1-2wks/mth onsite with team). M&A experience doing 'bolt-on' business acquisitions, including integration. Commercial experience, including contract negotiation and dispute management.
