Based in Doha, Qatar, it is an opportunity to join an established, market-leading business with circa $15B FUM and join a mix of local and ex-pat executives. There is a specific requirement for Australian asset management experience.Reporting to the CEO and Board, the core responsibilities of the CFO will be to provide strong finance functional leadership, actively contribute to the development and execution of business strategy, and partner with operations to deliver on growth ambitions. You will manage end-to-end finance from treasury, FP&A, to reporting and financial control. Your focus will cut across strategy and planning, budget management, FP&A, tax and treasury as well as investment management support and operational analysis of existing investments.You must bring a track record as a CFO with strong asset management portfolio finance experience. The nature of the assets is flexible, but property and multi-site asset experience is preferred. Excellent financial analysis skills, strong knowledge of local and international accounting principles, proven experience in debt and equity issuance, with demonstrated ability to understand local market, funding structuring, and financing requirements within the property sector.
