About the company:Our client is an established residential home builder operating in the Project & Custom Homes space in Perth. They cater to affordable homes and one-off architecturally designed builds.About the role:You will be responsible for guaranteeing the dependability of the company's financial information processes to ensure timely and precise financial reporting, compliance with regulatory obligations, and support for strategic business decisions.Operating 3 brands within the Project & Custom Homes space Craft financial strategies that are aligned with the company's overarching goals and objectives to maximize effectiveness.Ensure precise and punctual financial reporting in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory standards.Guarantee adherence to Australian financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.Create tax planning strategies aimed at minimizing tax liabilities.Ensure the operating budget/forecast is current and approved by the Directors.Provide effective leadership for the accounts and finance function.Make an effective contribution to the management team.About you:4+ years of experience working in a similar role within the construction industryAn Australian tertiary qualification in accounting Member of CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants ANZWhats on offer:Permanent full-time roleRespected businessPart-time roleFree onsite parking$200k-$230k + superIf you are interested in progressing your interest in this role, please click on the APPLY NOW button and register your details.
