Revenue-generating (and with the organisation's first developed product approaching commercial realisation) an exciting opportunity now exists for a driven, high energy individual - with the confidence to support business growth and take a significant share in business growth upside - to join the leadership team as their CFO.
The Role:Reporting to the CEO, the CFO has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities, and ensuring compliance with all ASX and other legislation and requirements.
Equally important is that they will play a key role in supporting the CEO with respect to financing from ASX Investors, and in supporting the M&A process and dealing with financial stakeholders.
The Person:CPA or CA qualified, to be successful in this exciting role you will have significant experience in a similar role in an ASX environment.
Some previous M&A involvement is required and a background in manufacturing will be highly regarded.
As this business has a global cost base and worldwide revenue streams, similar international experience is a must.
The Offer:The salary package on offer for this full-time, permanent position is around the mid-$200K mark and includes a significant number of non-recourse loan-funded shares.
