Dominic is a leading Catholic, co-educational College catering to over 1000 students from Kindergarten to Year 10. Your new role Based at the College in Glenorchy, as the CFOO, you will be a key member of the College Leadership Team and report directly to the Principal. You will oversee and manage the corporate functions of the College, lead a team of 20 staff, and ensure effective and efficient support to the operational areas. You will also play a strategic role in developing and implementing policies, systems, and processes that align with the organisation's vision, mission, and values. Your core areas of responsibility will include: Financial and Human Resource Management Oversight of all capital works projects Overseeing all business services functions (finance, governance, IT, marketing, enrolments, facilities, risk, compliance, and student services) Acting as Company Secretary for the College Board What you'll need to succeed As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in a leadership role across a broad range of functions and align your values with the mission and vision of the College. CA/CPA qualified (preferred), you'll have excellent attention to detail, enjoy working with a range of stakeholders, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strategic, proactive, innovative, and solutions-oriented approach. With sound knowledge of financial and human resource management, you'll thrive with a diverse portfolio and multiple deadlines. You'll also need to obtain a national police check and a Working with Vulnerable People check prior to commencement.
