This role demands a visionary leader with experience in scaling businesses globally, particularly in tech-driven environments like marketplaces, advertising and SaaS.This role will act as a co-pilot to the founder and work across all departments, shaping ArchiPro's strategic direction and driving cross-functional alignment. As the most senior role in the company, the CFOO will lead financial and operational strategies, influencing all departments to position ArchiPro for scale, transformation, and long-term sustainability.As ArchiPro's first chief-level hire, you will be instrumental in architecting the internal structures, financial strategies, and operational processes that will lay the groundwork for sustainable, scalable growth.We seek a seasoned leader, ideally with prior CFO or COO experience, who is familiar with scaling businesses and has been instrumental in aligning cross-functional teams, overseeing operational efficiency, and fostering a growth-oriented culture.This role demands a leader capable of unifying diverse teams—marketing, sales, product, and client success—under a single operational vision. Process Improvement: Continuously optimise workflows and identify bottlenecks. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
