About the Organisation Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network (MPHN) stands as a cornerstone in healthcare provision, serving a diverse population of over 246,073 individuals across 508 communities. Encompassing a vast land mass of 126,124 square kilometres, MPHN is one of the 31 local and independent Primary Health Networks (PHNs) established nationwide. Through meticulous analysis, we fund services tailored to meet population health demands, integrate local healthcare systems for improved coordination of care, and foster the development of a sustainable health workforce. Our efforts are guided by seven key priority areas, including mental health, Indigenous health, population health, workforce development, digital health, aged care, and substance abuse prevention.   About the Opportunity   As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Murrumbidgee PHN, you will lead our organisation in achieving its mission and vision. Reporting directly to the Board, you will spearhead strategic initiatives and operational management to ensure the efficient delivery of healthcare services. Your role will involve fostering key stakeholder relationships, representing Murrumbidgee PHN publicly, and driving collaborations to advance our organisational goals.   You will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with our vision of resilient communities and well-being. Additionally, you will provide leadership to our executive team, guiding them to achieve strategic objectives and maintain financial accountability. Your role will also involve monitoring organizational performance, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organisation.   About You We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader with a proven track record in healthcare management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. A background in primary healthcare is essential, along with strong leadership and change management skills.
