Critical to the success of this role will be your extensive experience as CEO or equivalent in an industrial, capital intensive, complex, commercial environment requiring broad and varied stakeholder management across customers, community and government. Essential will be your proven track record of visionary and values-led leadership that brings together a high-performing culture, identifies external and internal opportunities for growth and innovation and drives strategic optimisation of the organisation. Your deep experience leading governance and developing and executing strategy that is embraced and understood across a diverse workforce will see GPC reach optimal performance and ensure exceptional levels of staff engagement and motivation.
