Abdelhafez Hasan and Partner Company, a leading business established in 1999 and based in Jordan, focusing on the wholesale trade of ready-made garments, is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to establish and lead our new operations in Australia.
The successful candidate will oversee the strategic direction, management, and operational efficiency of our business expansion in Australia.

Task & Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's vision and business strategies for entering the Australian market. Oversee the registration and establishment of the business entity in Australia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including Australian suppliers, distributors, and potential business partners. Identify growth opportunities within the Australian market to expand operations and revenue streams. Provide overall leadership and direction to the organisation, ensuring the achievement of business goals. Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organisational policies and programs. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the organisation to ensure alignment with objectives and strategies. Consult with senior staff, reviewing reports and recommendations to guide decision-making. Prepare and present reports, budgets, and forecasts to governing bodies, ensuring financial and operational transparency. Represent the organisation at official functions, negotiations, seminars, and forums, liaising with various stakeholders across different sectors. Approve the selection of senior staff and ensure effective leadership and performance management within the organisation. Ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including company laws and other statutory requirements. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field (preferred). At least 5 years experience in senior management, ideally in a multinational business context. Expertise in strategic leadership, business management, and resource allocation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business performance and implement improvements. Experience in corporate governance and compliance with legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred). Background in the global garments industry (preferred). Salary: $200000-300000
