The Adrad Group is looking for an experienced and accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop and take the business to the next level, developing the right business strategies and plans to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
The CEO will drive all aspects of the strategic growth plan and ensure successful implementation in conjunction with the team.
The CEO will have experience in managing a well-qualified technical team with a proven track record in an ASX-listed organisation or similar sized large corporate business.
Reporting to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer is authorised and responsible for the leadership of the organisation and the development of its people and culture.

It is imperative that you possess strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills, that you are caring, passionate, innovative and reliable.
Sales, marketing and customer relationship management experience, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, are essential.
