The roleWe are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organisation. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive strategic and operational excellence while upholding the core values of Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd.

Lead the strategic direction, fostering innovation and continuous improvementLead the Management Team to achieve high standards of care and operational excellence. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the organisation's success in a dynamic industry landscape.Ensure commercial sustainability and success in a rapidly growing sectorLead and cultivate a purpose-driven team and a culture of excellenceOversee and enhance the operational performance of a vibrant, people-focused organisation, driving asset optimisation and delivering value to the communityKey Requirements:Qualifications: Relevant graduate and postgraduate qualifications. Extensive leadership experience in managing medium-sized commercial organisations, ideally within the aged care sector.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead with vision and integrity, aligned with the values of the brand. Proven track record in people management and empowerment.
Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a deep understanding of aged care issues and industry trends.

Your extensive knowledge of industry dynamics will enable you to collaborate effectively with Directors, Executives, and internal managers to ensure strong financial management, strategic planning and excellent operational management.
