Your proven track record managing large scale remediation projects will be critical as the driving force that ensures the organization's assets are managed effectively. Your aim is to provide value for the people of NSW.
An adept communicator at all levels, you'll draw on your skills in this area to ensure visibility, transparency and collaboration with local communities as projects develop, and will swing seamlessly to the boardroom to provide updates on the status of policies, strategies and company direction to the Board.
You'll build credibility through knowledge without knowing everything, and you will make it look easy to move from strategic visionary to pragmatic operationalist in the field.
Supporting qualifications in engineering (particularly environmental chemical or civil engineering) or related technical fields will give you a strong foundation for delivery.
