An opportunity now exists to become ARCC's first CEO to further grow and develop the base established by the board and senior chaplain.
Sought is a CEO with proven experience in business, public or not for profit sectors. With a degree in Business or similar professional qualifications, we seek a leader with demonstrated experience in fundraising, managing teams and budgets, complemented by your skills in strategic planning and implementation.

It is essential that the CEO has a mature Christian faith and is an active member of a Christian church, thus bringing an informed understanding of the Christian landscape in Australia.

Ideally, you will have experience in marketing, fundraising, or account management and have a demonstrated understanding of the not-for-profit sector and the governance requirements for an ACNC registered organisation.
Additionally, experience in the racing industry and chaplaincy is highly desirable.

The role is full-time but will consider 4d/w and has WFH opportunities.

Essential skills and capabilities
The CEO will demonstrate the following skills, capabilities and experience:

A high level of personal integrity, drive and alignment to ARCC's Christian mission. Degree qualified or appropriate senior management experience. General management and leadership experience within an established structure. Advanced fundraising skills and capacity to engage with and recruit highnetworth donors. Advanced interpersonal skills relating across a broad spectrum of the community. Adept financial and budget management skills. High level verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in high level strategic planning. Demonstrated capacity to lead change in complex environments. Engagement in and knowledge of the racing industry will be an advantage.
