As the public face of the organisation, the Chief Executive Officer will lead the management team to ensure the organisation is well placed to achieve and grow.
The role will work closely with the Board in the development and implementation of the strategic plan and will design aligned operational business plans, while balancing people, culture, fiscal performance, and compliance requirements.
The Chief Executive Officer will continue to raise the profile of the organisation, lead advocacy and build enduring relationships with customers, members, stakeholders and the community to enhance organisational sustainability.
The successful candidate will be an innovative and empathetic leader with a strategic approach, supported by proven operational experience and business acumen.
Highly developed collaboration and people skills and governance experience is also required.
The ability to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture and to inspire and nurture a high performing management team is also required.
An understanding of the care sector would be an advantage.
