As the CEO, you will lead the Council towards achieving the goals outlined in our Community Strategic Plan, ensuring the successful management of organisational resources to achieve commitments set out in our Delivery Program and Operational Plan. You will work closely with the elected Councillors and collaborate with a talented team of professionals to successfully shape the future of the Sutherland Shire. The successful candidate will be a dynamic senior executive, with well-rounded experience in large complex organisations, supported by a successful track record of delivering improved outcomes and performance. You will bring an advanced leadership skillset across strategy, stakeholder management, finance and risk management.
