Based in Adelaide and reporting to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing strategic and visionary leadership whilst driving innovation and operational efficiency within Pilatus Australia. This role involves overseeing performance across all departments, including the Business aviation and Government aviation operations. The CEO will drive transformation and change management, oversee governance, legislative and statutory requirements, risk management and financial management. 
Pilatus Australia is seeking a strategic and dynamic leader able to develop staff individually and collectively and with proven senior leadership experience in the aviation industry and extensive experience in military operational environments in Australia. The successful candidate must have excellent negotiation, advocacy, communication and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field is essential. Additionally, the preferred candidate should be familiar with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) industry standards, procurement processes and defence contracting.
