The Opportunity
In partnership with the Board, the Chief Executive Officer will lead with vision to bring to life CHSS' strategy and develop the high performing team. The CEO will oversee an Executive Team of senior leaders across both Accommodation and Community services. As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring clients and their families are central to the organisation and CHSS is positioned to provide the highest quality service delivery.Strategically planning organisational growth and delivering a robust strategy aligned to CHSS' vision and values.Collaborating and establishing new partnerships and alliances to ensure the financial strength and sustainability of CHSS.Leading and inspiring the broader team to provide exceptional client experiences.Managing the risk profile of CHSS and ensuring organisational reputation is upheld within the community.About You
CHSS are seeking an experienced CEO or Executive leader from the Human Services sector, bringing commerciality and comparable functional experience gained within this sector. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to continue building CHSS reputation and drive strategic initiatives, lead effective teams and empower staff to provide exceptional client focused care services. Candidates with the following skillsets and experience are encouraged to apply:
Minimum five years in a CEO or Senior Executive role.Understanding of the current issues affecting the care sector, including disability services, across strategy, structure, and staff.Demonstrated experience successfully leading change and transformation.Tertiary degree or higher with qualifications in Management, Health and Business-related discipline.The Organisation

With services spanning Supported Housing, Core supports and Community programs, the organisation works in close collaboration with the community.
